A is 5 months old! (almost 6 but who is counting?)

My little darling...where has the time gone to!? Makes me sad, yet so happy to see you growing so fast! You will be one before we know it. For 5 months old...

you like...
~ to be held
~ to be assisted while sitting up
~ playing & grabbing at EVERYTHING! most everything goes into your mouth.
~ roll over!! you roll to your tummy then get angry a few minutes and then you want to be on your back
~ to smile & laugh...such a happy baby!!
~ to be held to where you can look out at the world, we don't cradle you much anymore...except to feed you a bottle or bounce you to sleep.
~ you smile at your brother, he makes you so happy when he comes by to talk to you.
~ the johnny jump up!
~ you still love bath time; although mommy makes it quick because you get cold fast.
~ looking at the tv

you dislike...
~ to eat peaches and I am SO glad! they smell horrible!
~ to be on your tummy for a long period of time
~ sleeping in your crib for long periods of time during the day. you'd rather sleep in your bouncy seat, carseat, swing, with Mommy, on the floor/couch...anywhere but your crib.
~ being left in the exersaucer for long periods of time. there is a toy on there that is supposed to light up but the back to the battery door is missing so it doesn't light up & you get upset with it easily.
~ loud noises easily scare you sometimes

We go on lots of playdates with Ainsley, Calder, Savannah, Cohen and Caleb. What sweet friends we are blessed with! I can't wait for you to be able to play with them. Not much else has happened within the past month, well except for your first snow which you slept through. Hoping for a warmer February so we can go on walks and go to the park/ Zoo more often. I love you sweet girl!
