This post is a little late but I still wanted to write about it. They say having a baby changes your world and it won't ever be the same again. I never really thought so once he was born and was an infant because he was so GOOD. Yeah, I lost sleep, couldn't go and come as I was used to, certainly couldn't leave the house without packing our lives in a bag, I couldn't lay around and do nothing all day...but I was also able to sit and watch him lay and look at his toys or sit and play with what was around him and do what I needed to around the house. That didn't shake my world at all, in fact I LOVED it. Recently, he has learned how to open cabinets, pull almost everything out, crawl under the kitchen table & crawl back out, pull the toilet paper off the roll, play in the toilet, the list goes on and on. But he has also learned to play with all of his toys and play until he's worn himself out. I am SO grateful that he knows how to play by himself and enjoys it! It's almost like his own little adventures all day long!
What I'm trying to say here is that until recently he has
really taught us that that saying is true...he has changed our lives,
but all for the better! He has taught us patience, a whole new meaning to the words love and joy, and he has showed us that even the smallest things in life like a day at the sprinkler park and a picnic is THE LIFE! A few pictures have been posted below to show you his new adventures around the house. (One wasn't posted due to him taking off his diaper on his own and the obvious being exposed) ha!

(yes, he pulled these blankets and sheets out of his bottom drawer all by himself!!)
