~ 3 months old ~

So I'm a bad Mom...I'll admit it. No, actually I'm not bad....I've just been a bit preoccupied. Do you blame me? Our daily routine usually consists of getting out of the bed with both kids by 8 at the latest, feeding Addyson, fixing Reese and I breakfast, trying to get A to go back to sleep, cleaning house/ painting ornaments (if time allows), play with R, fix lunch, clean up, let R play some more, feed A somewhere in the middle of all that, put R down for a nap, feed A again I'm sure, clean/paint, get A to take a nap somewhere, somehow..the R wakes up, we play and its time to cook dinner and feed A again. Then we sit down and wait for our wonderful Daddy to walk through that backdoor. We ALL love it when Daddy gets home!! So 3 months later we are all finally in a semi-routine. The nap schedule for A just hasn't quite settled and thats ok, I guess.

You are one beautiful little girl Addyson! Here is what you are up to at 3 months old:

Likes:
* You love to watch Reese when he gets in your face to talk to you. He mostly says "HI ADDY! HI GIRL!!" extremely loud and in a very high pitch tone. It's the cutest and sweetest thing I think he will ever say to you!
* You still nurse every 3 hours and sometimes take formula in between because when you have your growth spurts, I just can't keep up.
* You love to smile! It is the most gorgeous little smile I have seen! Mimi says & I think I agree...that it looks just like my smile when I was a baby.
* Just the other day you started semi laughing. I laughed at you and you did it right back at me. It was so sweet.
* You are starting to like your play mat more.
* You love to sleep in until about 8...we cuddle in the mornings until Reese wakes up. You are such a snugglebug!
* And when you nap during the day, you like to be wrapprd up with the blanket on your cheek/ face. We make sure your nose and mouth aren't covered for obvious reasons but thats how you love sleeping!
* You LOVE the tv! Its so bright and colorful, I think thats why you love it.
* You are starting to come around on liking the paci. The only times you really want it are when you are hungry or sleepy.
* You love to chew on your hands! Slobber everywhere!

Dislikes:
* Loud noises...they make you have the most awful poochy lip!
* Sleeping in your crib for naps.
* Being put in your carseat. You are fine once we get in the car though.
* Being wet and cold after your bath (I don't blame you!).

Dear Sweet Addy,
You are growing too fast for Mommy! Could you please slow down? Just a little?? :)
